Which two colours are used?

blue and gold (cast iron stink pipe)

I'm assuming this is a stinkpipe, but can't be 100% certain. If anyone can confirm, would love to hear from you!
"Stinkpipes", as they were known, were vents from the underground sewage pipes, used to prevent build-up of potentially flammable - or explosive - gases. Whilst they were often cast with intricate designs, I suspect that few, as initially installed, would have been as flamboyantly painted as this example. Big thanks to whoever is currently caring for this.
